Stringybark Creek Vineyard is located in a cool climate wine region. We target the premium wine market. The areas in which our vineyard is located is favoured by warmer days and cool nights which is perfect for growing quality grapes. The region is cooler than Bordeaux but warmer than Burgundy in France.

Premium wine grapes are ready for premium winemaking, including Pinot, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Shiraz, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Our harvest season is typically from February to April.
